timeline 04-2007: on the westside, opposite The Peanut

Y2K is an excellent line facing northwest. It follows a shallow dihedral/arete or changing corner put up by Matt Beebe (he’s done quite a few outstanding lines including The Thin Crack way eastsoutheast of TP). From the start lower part of Y2K, exit right to shallow slopers on perfect stone (valley-like, really) to the arete then up. It’s called Right2K at maybe one point harder, 9. To the left is an undone dyno problem from the obvious dimishing ledge to the top. The top has an incut. I’ve tried it and the fallback is almost to the rock and bush.

I did this line a bit ago, I think around, hmm I’ll look it up in the metadata: April 8th, 2007 at 6:53:02 in the late afternoon. That’s a nice aspect of digital (assuming you set the camera’s clock).
